The Tote Project Return Policy


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. If an item is purchased between November 1st and December 31st during the holiday season, we will extend that return window to 60 days. Once the item is received we can refund your order in full, or offer you store credit in the form of a gift card. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable. If the item was a gift you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase. You will receive a gift card via email for the value that the item is marked at the time of your return.

To begin your return or exchange, please email hello@thetoteproject.com with the subject line "Return", and tell us your order number, what item/s you're returning, and why you've chosen to make a return. If you're wanting to make an exchange, please include what item you want to exchange for. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you're exchanging, after receiving your return we will send out the new item rather than processing the refund. 

Customized items, or sale items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
